Based in Los Angeles, California, David Nicksay is an experienced film and TV producer with over three dozen credits dating back to the early 1980s. He has produced and executive produced projects for Universal, Warner Bros, Disney, Netflix, Paramount, MGM and Max, with films including Legally Blonde, The Negotiator, and Justin Bieber's Never Say Never 3D. David Nicksay is the executive producer with Heliopolis Entertainment.

Most recently, Mr. Nicksay executive produced the critically acclaimed feature film Wicked, starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo. He also served as executive producer for Wicked: Part Two, scheduled for release later this year. The film recently won the award for Best Film at the National Film Review. Mr. Nicksay focuses on making long-form narrative content for streaming services, such as recent projects, including Messiah on Netflix and Station Eleven for Max. He won a Directors Guild Award for Station Eleven.

Mr. Nicksay is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, the Directors Guild of America, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild of America. He holds a bachelor of arts in performing arts from Hampshire College.
